The
cost for your participation in the Florence Semester will include the following
items. These costs do not include food, text books and travel or
airfare to group flight departure point and other incidentals. Please note
that these are estimates for the fall 2008 semester and are not guaranteed
for future semesters.
You will be billed by the Kent State University Bursar for the costs in
the above table. A three-payment plan is available to you. Financial
aid usually applies to program costs. All students please remember,
if you are applying for financial aid or loans, apply early.

Billing:
Participants are billed by the University
Bursar for the program fee, tuition and other charges listed in U.S.
dollar above, and have the option of paying the amount due in three
installments.
Financial Aid
We cannot offer scholarships or any type
of financial aid, either through the Program or the University, to
students other than those from Kent State University.
Non-Kent
Students
Most colleges and universities will allow
financial aid to be transferred and applied to the costs of our
program. You should discuss this with the financial aid officer at
your home institution.
If you are
receiving or applying for financial aid you may need verification that
you are enrolled in the program. OIA will inform your Financial Aid
Office of your participation in the program.
Kent Students
Kent State
students should contact the Financial Aid Office immediately regarding the availability of
financial assistance.
