Andria Brennan holds a Masters Degree from the Cleveland Institute of Music where she studied with the renowned oboist John Mack. Prior to her studies at CIM, she attended Louisiana State University as a student of Linda Strommen. While a student at LSU, she also attended JMOC in 2000 and 2001 and played for the Ohio Light Opera in their 2002 season. In Louisiana she also performed with the Baton Rouge Symphony Orchestra and the Louisiana Sinfonietta. Ms. Brennan is currently Principal Oboe of the Ashland Symphony Orchestra and also plays extra with the Mansfield Symphony Orchestra, Akron Symphony and Erie Philharmonic. In addition to playing and teaching, Ms. Brennan also works at the Cleveland Institute of Music Library and for the Archives of The Cleveland Orchestra. |
