Bias-cut halter dress with black silk chiffon over three layers of fuschia chiffon
with violet overlay. Overlay is tied at neck and is slit at center front to reveal
black silk chiffon that is covered with panne flowers in olive, copper, rose, & violet.
Matching violet chiffon wrap.
